A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Rua Red

Join us on Saturdays for a creative adventure at Rua Red—make every weekend special! Dive into a world of colours and creativity with Rua Red's Art Trolley, with classes designed specifically for children aged 3 to 7 along with their parents or guardians (Art Trolley Junior), and for children aged 8 to 12 (Art Trolley Senior). Art Trolley is a super opportunity for young artists to explore, create, and express themselves in a vibrant and inspiring setting. Regardless of age group, we begin the term with a guided exploration of our exhibitions, discovering new themes and artworks that spark the imagination, and each session ends with a beautiful artwork that can be proudly displayed at home. All sessions are facilitated by an experienced artist, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all participants.
Art Trolley Junior takes place each week, and you and your child will engage in a fun-filled art-making session where you can create your own masterpieces. At Art Trolley Senior, kids will experiment with different materials, techniques, and themes to create their artwork. Our workshops are designed to foster creativity and encourage self-expression, and classes are a great environment for kids to meet and interact with fellow young artists, promoting teamwork and friendship through art.
